Camo Regrow Bloons under the Grow Blocked status effect
Grow Blocked is a status effect characterized as temporarily preventing Regrow Bloons from regenerating layers. It is introduced in Bloons TD 6 with the introduction of the Monkey Village's Grow Blocker upgrade and Ezili's Heartstopper ability. Affected Bloons will have a pulsing red aura around them.
Grow Blocked is represented on the Bloons Wiki as 
, the upgrade icon for Grow Blocker in Bloons TD 6, as this is the cheapest and most common form of Grow Blocked. It also depicts a shocked regrow bloon, representing the regrow properties is being paralyzed.
It is different from Degrow 
as degrow will permanently remove the regrow property off of bloons, whereas, Grow Blocked simply negates the regrow aspect as long as the effect is still active (such as in the range of the village or certain time has passed). This means that affected Regrow Bloons can still regenerate layers if the Grow Blocked effect wears out.
All attacks require an upgrade in order to have the Grow Blocked status effect.
