The Golden Bloon is a very rare bloon that only appears in Bloons Super Monkey 2. Only one appears in each stage of the game. When it appears on the screen, it flies around wildly and at crazy speeds, making it very hard to catch. However, when the Golden Bloon is successfully popped, it releases golden blops (worth 10x as much as red blops) as well as a power-up for Super Monkey.
Powerups
- MOAB Mauler Airship: Super Monkey becomes an ace that shoots Bombs and Missiles at fast speed, also shoots seeking MOAB Maulers that deal great damage to MOAB-Class Bloons. It's vulnerable to Black and Zebra Bloons.
- Spike ChainGun: Super Monkey earns a Machine Gun that fires 3 Spiked Balls at really fast speed. Spiked Balls will be Flechette Darts, making this like an upgraded Spikey Shots. Weak to leads and bad with spread bloons, but good with MOABs.
- Wizard Lord: Wizard Lord shoots bolts that Riccochet between bloons. Weak to Ceramic Bloons.
- Technological Terror: Technological Terror will shoot Red and Green bolts from it's arms, and will constantly shoot rings made of bolts that pop almost everything. But it's immune to Glass.
- Sabotage Supply Lines: The Super Monkey becomes a 4/0 Ninja Monkey, that shoots deadly waves that pop everything. But it's really slow. There are 2 Backup Ninjas that shoot shurikens. Weak to Lead
- Sun God: The Sun God shoots sun beams that destroy everything in a wide radius. It's considered to be the strongest powerup, also because it has no Weakness.

- The bomb powerup looks like a MOAB Mauler.
