Glue Splatter is the second upgrade of Path 2 for the Glue Gunner in Bloons TD Battles 2. It allows the Glue Gunner's glue blobs to splat on impact. Once a glue blob collides with a bloon, it produces an area-of-effect that splatters glue onto up to 10 bloons per shot (or more specifically 9 bloons for the splatter, and 1 from the impact shot). It works just like its BTD6 counterpart in terms of how it attacks, although the upgrade costs significantly less.
It costs $700, and is unlocked with the purchase of Glue Gunner.

Glue Splatter's crowd control via area-of-effect splashes helps control bloons better by slowing down more bloons per shot. An expensive grouped slowdown option, but proves powerful when crosspathed. Use it as a supporting option rather than the primary force of the defense.
Tips[]
- Glue Splatter changes the projectile from a typical one to a impact projectile with a resulting explosion radius. This means that Bigger Globs can pierce through multiple bloons while Glue Splatter's projectile will stop at the first bloon it hits.
- This is a grouped glueing option, and is the main perk of this upgrade.
Version History[]
Like in Battles 1 Mobile, the Glue Splatter upgrade is significantly cheaper compared to the non-competitive game counterpart. In Version 1.0.4, its cost is decreased further to give way to better early-game Glue strategies.

- Even in spite of huge price cuts to Glue Splatter compared to BTD6, Glue Splatter is the most expensive Tier 2 or lower Primary Monkey upgrade.
- The original Glue Splatter price was the same in Battles 1 Mobile when the Glue Splatter upgrade got a price decrease in Version 4.1 down to $900.
