Global Ability Cooldowns is a Support Monkey Knowledge point in Bloons TD 6. It reduces cooldowns of all abilities by 3% of their usual cooldown, and is able to stack with all other cooldown benefits. It requires eight support knowledge points invested, To ARMS!, and a one-time purchase of 
500.

Global Ability Cooldowns serves as a way to improve the uptime of all activated abilities. In addition, Global Ability Cooldowns does slightly compensate for any possible downtime (usually fractions of seconds) caused by not tapping the ability icon soon enough, such as trying to maintain 100% uptime for Overclock onto a T4 target.
Tips[]
- The biggest benefit alone goes to the Nautic Siege Core (Degree 1)'s Final Strike ability, taking 232.8s instead of 240s before it can be activated again (a reduction of 7.2s cooldown time).
