Target Bloon is an attack behavior characterized by targeting only bloons other than MOAB-Class Bloons. It is part of the damage types family. Very few types of attacks have this property, and this is mostly the Ice Monkey and Glue Gunner, at least in Bloons TD 6. Glue Gunners in Bloons TD 5 notably always have this property, except in Bloons TD Battles Mobile where Tier 3+ upgrades allow it to target MOAB-class.

Target Bloon is represented on Bloons Wiki as , the upgrade artwork for Full Metal Jacket in Bloons TD 6, which ironically can target Bloons and MOABs, to display what visually appears to be "targeting bloons". The blimp-specific variant is Target Blimp , the upgrade artwork for MOAB Assassin, of which the BTD6 MOAB Assassin ability can only target blimps and is a classic example of such. Towers that can target both ordinary bloons and MOAB-class are neither tagged with Target Bloon nor Target Blimp. Ironically, the Bloons TD 5 version of MOAB Assassin did not have Target Blimp, as it was able to target regular bloons as well if no blimps were present.

Typical examples of Target Bloon are all BTD6 Glue Gunners with neither Corrosive Glue or above nor MOAB Glue or above, and all BTD6 Ice Monkeys without Tier 5 upgrades, Embrittlement, or Icicles. Ice Monkeys can indirectly affect blimps via Icicles or Ice Shards, but Ice Shards will only target bloons when making their base attack.

Most attacks do not have this property because they can target both bloons and blimps.

Specific targets of MOAB-class Bloons define discrete applications of certain attacks onto different types of MOAB-class bloons. There is a separate variation for DDTs, because DDTs are a sort of "black sheep" of the tiers of standard MOAB-class bloons. There isn't one for targeting up to Boss Bloons, since not having one of these specific blimp target specifiers implies that an attack targets all types of blimps.
