Faster Shooting

Faster Shooting is the 1st upgrade on Path 1 of the Monkey Buccaneer in Bloons TD Battles 2. Like its BTD6 counterpart, it increases attack speed of the Buccaneer. It improves attack speed of darts and grapes by +33% (0.75x attack cooldown) and also Cannon Ship bombs by +33% (0.75x attack cooldown).

When crosspathed with Monkey Pirates, Faster Shooting will reduce hook ability cooldown from 30s to 20s. This also affects Pirate Lord.

It costs $350.

Strategy

Summary

Faster Shooting increases attack speed of all attacks. It is most influential for grape attacks, which receive the same speed bonus as the dart attacks. Bombs too for Cannon Ship if a decamo like Mortar Signal Flare is available.

Tips

• It's great with Grape Shot and Cannon Ship, for general DPS increase.
