Not to be confused with Faster Shooting, the upgrade in Bloons TD 6 and 5 for the Monkey Buccaneer with the same name.
Faster Shooting is the first upgrade of the Tack Shooter in Bloons TD 4. It increases the tower's attack speed by ~25.8%, going from ~1.6 seconds to ~1.2.
It costs $180 on Easy, $210 on Medium, and $225 on Hard.
Appearance[]
The tower itself doesn't change, aside of getting a yellow arrow over it indicating that the tower is upgraded.
The icon shows three tacks, showcasing the attack speed increase.
Strategy[]
This upgrade increases the tack shooter's attack speed, increasing the overall popping power and reliability, it is often better to buy instead of another tower, and is a good stepping stone to blade shooter, a solid earlygame tower.
