Faster Engineering is the 2nd upgrade of Path 1 for the Engineer Monkey in Bloons TD Battles 2. It decreases the attack cooldown of the build sentry attack from every 10.0s to every 6.0s. This upgrade also increases the rate of producing Cleansing Foam and reduces cooldowns for new Bloon Traps. For these contraptions, their attack speed is increased by +66%, equivalent to an attack cooldown reduction of 40%.
It costs $350.

Summary[]
An increase in sentry rates for solid sentry-specific DPS, such as single-target damage or small quantities of bloons. It also pairs well on Cleansing Foam for faster foaming and hybridizing the Deconstruction benefit, as well as on the Bloon Trap for faster trap production while also somewhat acting as MOAB damage.

- Faster Engineering's upgrade cost is just like in BTD5 Deluxe.
- Like most of the tower-specific upgrade descriptions that were changed on Version 4.0.3, the updated description for Faster Engineering was contributed as suggestions by u/qwertyxp2000 on r/battles2, via the post "Some upgrade inconsistencies as of Version 4.0.2". However, these changes were accidentally reverted in Version 4.1 before bringing back on Version 4.1.1, due to Ninja Kiwi mistakingly forgetting to implement Version 4.0.3's changes into Version 4.1.
