Upon completing the quest, the rewards three Beast Handler Insta-Monkeys of Tier 3 (3-0-0 BH, 0-3-0 BH, 0-0-3 BH) and 2500 Beast Handler XP. Until Version 44.0, beating Epic Beast Quest was required to unlock Beast Handler.
- The first quest consists of dinosaurs up to Adasaurus on Quarry, where Patch introduces the concept of beasts and merging (via the Merge button).
- The second quest involves aquatic creatures up to Barracuda on Spice Islands, where the player learns how to work with beasts in the water.
- The third and final quest utilizes the power of birds up to Horned Owl on Cracked, where the player will discover the capability for birds to forcefully reposition bloons.

Strategy[]
Summary[]
The general strategy for Epic Beast Quest is fairly simple across all subquests. Take advantage of the beasts by using the Place Beast and Merge targeting priorities. Try a mix of multiple T1's and some T2's.
Tips[]
- Reposition dinosaur and water beasts with the Place Beast targeting. For birds, the Place Beast targeting affects the position of the bird at which it should start repositioning bloons towards, depending on distance towards the exit.
- It is possible to beat the first two subquests with just 0-0-0 Beast Handlers.
- The third subquest requires a minimum of 0-0-1 Beast Handler to complete, as Beast Handlers at their base cannot pop Purple Bloons, and leaking all round 25 Purples will result in a loss.
Version History[]

- 44.0
- Completing the quest no longer unlocks Beast Handler.
Trivia[]
- Epic Beast Quest was the only Story Quest when the Quests feature was first released. This was until the release of Scoop's Tall Tale in Version 38.0.
- The descriptions and dialogue for the quest can be found in the Bloons TD 6 text files from as early as version 34.0.
- The first sub-quest of Epic Beast Quest is the only sub-quest whose icon doesn't depict a Tier 3 Beast, in this case the Tyrannosaurus Rex. This is likely to exemplify a reference to a scene in the film Jurassic Park where a T-Rex ferociously approaches a group of cars.
- The asset used for the puddle in the second subquest's dialogue looks similar to the puddle in #Ouch. As the same puddle also exists in the Map Editor, this could have also been a subtle teaser for the then-upcoming feature.
