The Engineers Blueprints are a Super Rare Trinket in Bloons Adventure Time TD. They can be equipped to any character except Supermonkey, Commander Cassie, Sam, and Sai the Shadow.

Description

Engineers Blueprints are a set of blueprints depicting the main structures of MOAB-class bloons.

Tips

• As there are some restrictions to which characters can equip the Engineers Blueprints, it is best equipped to Max, Finn, C4 Charlie, or Flame Princess.

Strategy

• Use it for maximizing MOAB-class damage. Choose an available character that creates many projectiles for the most damage against MOABs.
• Also gives Carl the Gem +5 damage to MOAB-Class, making it the best for most characters with Carl the Gem equipped, especially Marceline
• Can give R/C Plane +5 MOAB-Class damage if R/C Plane is equipped before this trinket is equipped, making it the best for most characters with R/C Plane equipped, and other speed trinkets.
• Finn with R/C Plane and this trinket equipped and Bound By Word are useful as Bound by Word affects R/C Plane attack speed, and as R/C Plane deals +5 damage to MOAB-Class

Trivia

• "Engineers Blueprints" is spelled without an apostrophe. It's unknown if it is intended or not, though it would make sense if it did have an apostrophe at the end of "Engineers".
• It is not known why the Engineering Blueprints restricts Sam and Sai the Shadow from equipping the Engineers Blueprints. But this is likely because Sai's very fast Bloonjitsu attack benefits immensely from this trinket, as it spawns 5 projectiles. As for Sam, although she attacks somewhat fast, she does not reach the speed cap as easily as other characters normally and lacks too many projectiles, but Plasma Goggles's effect never wears off and stacks on her, which may have influenced the decision.
