The Endless Mine is an event mode in Bloons Supermonkey 2 Mobile, introduced in version 1.1.0 and unlocked after completing Level 11. It is, as the name suggests, an endless mode in which the objective is to achieve a high score.

Overview

The Endless Mine consists of three rulesets, called challenges, which reset on a weekly basis. Each challenge has its own leaderboard on which players compete to achieve the best score. When the event ends, players receive rewards based on their leaderboard position. The challenges reset on Thursday at 12:00 NZST.

Unlike in standard levels, the player has lives in place of the Bloptonite meter. Whenever Bloons escape, the player loses lives equivalent to their RBE. If all lives are depleted, the run ends. The player starts with 150 lives, but can stock up to 200 lives through Bonus Powers.

Stages in the Endless Mine are split into three sections, each consisting of waves of Bloons chosen randomly from a pool of preset formations. Each section has one Mystery Bloon and one Bloon containing a Powerup crate. Golden Bloons do not appear in any section. Once a stage is cleared, all collected crates are claimed and the player is given the opportunity to equip new powerups to replace the ones consumed in the previous stage. When replaying a stage, collected Red Blops will be replaced with Blue Blops as normal, though this is specific to each challenge in each event, meaning Red Blops reset with each rotation.

The Endless Mine has two exclusive Bonus Powers:

• First Aid: Adds up to 50 lives to the current total. Cannot exceed 200 lives.
• Invincibility: Prevents lives from being lost whenever a Bloon escapes for 30 seconds.

Challenge conditions

Challenge conditions consist of two parameters: one limits which character(s) the player can use and the other limits which weapons they can be equipped with.

Weapons

Max Tier <x> Weapons	Only weapons up to a specific upgrade tier can be equipped. Epic Powers cannot be equipped at all.
<x> Weapons Only	Only weapons of a specific weapon type can be equipped, including Epic Powers.
Single Weapon Type	Only weapons of a single weapon type of the player's choosing can be equipped, including Epic Powers.

Score

The player's score increases by popping Bloons. Popping Bloons consecutively without leaking any builds up a streak. After reaching certain thresholds, the player gains a multiplier to any points they gain until a Bloon leaks, after which the multiplier and streak both reset.

Strategy

Summary

In the Endless Mine, the goal is to make it as far as possible without losing all lives. Thus, strategies will typically involve strong grouped popping power that can cover a lot of the screen, while also being able to kill Mini MOABs in time.

Tips

• It is possible to memorize the layouts of each section if you have already seen it before. Bloon layouts do not change in a given week.
• Turbo Boost and Bouncy Shots is one of the strongest combinations one can use with already strong weapons, typically tier 6 weapons.
• Explosive Shots and Neva Miss Targeting is another very strong combination that is typically better in lower tier restrictions, because of Explosive Shots increasing pierce and adding a bonus explosion if it is used up, and Neva Miss guaranteeing that all pierce is used up.
• If two Monkeys are enabled, use setups that are synergistic with each other. One can bring Avalanche to freeze leaking bloons on Doctor or Ice Monkey, and bring Doom Burst on another to deal lethal damage against bloons.
