Not to be confused with Dockside, a map from Bloons TD 5.

Docks is a map in Bloons TD Battles 2. It is one of 11 maps to be introduced on initial release. Starting from Version 1.0.6, Docks became the first map to become unavailable on ZOMG Superdome and Hall of Masters. It is the only map unavailable at BFB Colosseum, starting from Version 1.4.0. It remains available in Casual Mode and Event Theatre.

Overview[]

The map takes place on some docks, most likely by an ocean or lake. The map is filled with nautical equipment, such as life preservers and anchors. The layout of the track turns several corners.

Natural Bloons enter from the top of the screen for both players and exit at the bottom. Player-sent Bloons travel the opposite way, starting at the bottom and exiting at the top.

The boxes near the top of the map in the middle of the path block the sight of monkeys. The boxes can be removed for $350, allowing monkeys to see through that area. Upon removing the boxes, an animation of several Support Chinooks picking up the boxes and carrying them off-screen can be seen.

Summary[]

Among the longest maps in the game with plenty of water. Because of this, Buccaneers and Subs work well on this map. Stalling for extended time is recommended on this map. There's also lots of room for error due to the very long length of the map.

Trivia[]

  • Docks is generally seen as an easy map due to the long track length and ample space for water monkeys.
  • The style of the map and its location makes it look similar to Cargo.
