Decoy Bloons are fake "bloons" created by Level 10+ Agent Jericho. Decoy Bloons are hung above the sky and move from the sent lane. Each Decoy Bloon mimicks the properties of a MOAB-class Bloon, including the Targeting Priority of that MOAB-class bloon, but have infinite health, destroy all throwable non-lobbed projectiles that hit it, do not get affected by freeplay speed ramping or mobility reduction, and disappear after reaching 66% along the bloon track. Initially, Decoy Bloons start off with the same property as MOABs, then upgrades to BFBs at Level 13-16, then finally ZOMGs at Level 17+. Decoy Bloons also ignore spike piles but do not ignore other projectiles such as Undead Bloons.
Strategy[]
Summary[]
Decoy Bloons can be a major threat if they are sent in conjunction with a heavy rush. They block a lot of attacks in addition to confusing an unprepared defense. Attacks that require use of masses of projectiles may struggle to destroy a well-timed rush due to the Decoy Bloon blocking off all projectiles, except a few types such as spike piles.
Tips[]
- Try timing the Decoy Bloon when it will layer itself on top of a big rush.
- Round 21 Jericho Bloon Adjustment also is deadly when paired with Decoy Bloon and a sent BFB.
Bugs[]

None (so far)
- Patched
- [1.10.4, possibly 1.10.0] Decoy Bloon can be stunned by Bloon Crush even though it is indestructible and no other slowdown can affect it. Patched in an unknown patch.
- [4.0] Decoy Bloon's size was incorrectly sized for an unknown reason, possibly in relation to Bonnie's Minecarts. Notably, the ZOMG Decoy Bloon was larger than a BAD. Patched in v4.0.1.
