The Dagger of Chilled Glass is a Rare Trinket in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It has no character restrictions, letting any character equip it.

Description

Though not mentioned in its special properties description, the trinket grants Frozen-Popping Power, Black-Popping Power, and Purple-Popping Power to any character equipping it, on top of a 10% speed boost.

It effectively converts the damage types into the following:

Sharp into Shatter
Energy into Shatter with Ghost-Popping
Metal Freeze into Metal Glacier Freeze
Explosion into Normal without Ghost-popping
Plasma /Fire into Normal

Speed: +10%
Range: N/A
Damage: N/A
Pierce: N/A

Special Properties

Give frozen popping and +1 damage to frozen bloons. Unlock Fridjitsu upgrade for Sai.

Shard for: 100

Strategy

This trinket, as the description says, is designed to give Sai capability to pop frozen bloons without upgrades and pave the way for her Fridjitsu upgrade, which allows her shurikens to apply the freeze effect to bloons upon hitting them. With the damage bonus to frozen bloons it grants, bloons frozen by Fridjitsu shurikens will receive more damage if Sai's attacks hit them again, and the +10% speed boost can help Sai freeze and hit bloons more often.

Besides the obvious synergy for Sai the Shadow, and given the variety of bloon property popping power the Dagger of Chilled Glass grants, it is very well suited or in fact much more effective for C4 Charlie because it can remove his weakness to Black Bloons, Zebra Bloons, and DDTs, on top of boosting his attack speed, a stat that Charlie desperately needs.
