The Cuddly Bear is a Special Item from Bloons Monkey City Flash which can be obtained after completing the ZZZZOMG special mission tile (only in Bloon Dunes area). It is an activated ability that corresponds to the Special Item of the same name. When used, it gives you 20 extra lives. It can be only used once per round and has a 120 second cooldown.
The Cuddly Bear can only be used once a round, preventing Ice Monkey stall farming or Regrow Farming to gain infinite lives.

- Cuddly Bear has the longest ability cooldowns among all towers in the Bloons TD 5 Generation. This had not been matched or surpassed by any ability until Legend of the Night’s passive ability in Bloons TD 6.
