Crash of the Titans
Strip the fortifications from Fortified DDTs 3000 times
~ Official BTD6 description

Crash of the Titans is an achievement in BTD6, first introduced in Version 22.0. It is achieved by stripping off the Fortified property from Fortified DDTs 3000 times. Earning this achievement will reward 300 Monkey Money and 1 0-0-4 Mortar Monkey.

Strategy[]

Summarize[]

The only really plausible tower to complete this achievement is a Blooncineration, the other being Shattering Shells with Paint Stripper. Make sure these towers can defortify the DDTs faster than can be destroyed by themselves or other towers, although easier for Shattering Shells.

Tips[]

  • Without MK, the only way to strip the Fortified property off Fortified DDTs is to use Blooncineration.
  • To earn this achievement, make sure that Blooncineration strips off Fortified DDTs as soon as the Fortified DDTs appear. Don't let other towers deal too much damage before Blooncineration has the chance to deal damage.
  • Finishing this achievement quickly requires playing Freeplay Mode beyond Round 100, as the Round 99 Fortified DDTs only come in groups of 9. If attempting to only use Round 99 rounds to finish this achievement, it will take 334 times to earn this achievement.
  • Rounds until 140 consists 288 Fortified DDTs (including 3 Fortified DDTs from Round 140 Fortified BAD's children) in total, and 147 of them are in Rounds 128-138. Make sure to prepare Blooncineration before Round 128 to complete this achievement quickly.
    • In one instance, playing to level 160 yielded 13% of the requirements for this achievement.
