Covert Pops is a Special Mission in Bloons Tower Defense 5 added on a new update on the 12th of April 2012. Players begin with $1000 and play on Snake River Hard , Meerkat Spies are disabled. The reward for completing this mission is 
350.
Covert Pops Mission
As the name and description implies, the player starts with only one life and all the bloons (except for MOAB-class Bloons and their children) are Camo Bloons. Additionally, in the online version, rounds normally consisting of Camo Bloons will have Camo Regrowth Bloons instead.

Trivia
- Signal Flare, Cleansing Foam, and a submerged Monkey Sub with Submerge and Support are really helpful because they remove the threat of Camo Bloons.
- Ninja Monkeys upgraded at least 1/0 are very helpful, as they can see Camo Bloons and throw projectiles quickly.
- Right after the update, there was a glitch after playing this and starting a regular game, all the bloons were Camo Bloons. This would increase total difficulty of the game. However this was fixed in an update.
- As per normal, MOAB-Class Bloons and the bloons which spawn from them will neither be Camo Bloons or Regrowth Bloons. That means that M.O.A.B. Maulers can be helpful, even without a Radar Scanner or Meerkat Spy.
- The Triple Lives premium will make the player start off with three lives instead of one.
- Beware of round 33. There are Camo Regrowth Rainbow Bloons instead of Yellow Bloons.
- The iOS version doesn't consist these, so the player has an advantage.
- Monkey Villages that have the upgrade Radar Scanner are extremely useful, as any tower in its range will be able to see Camo Bloons.
- This is the only Special Mission on Snake River.
- The difficulty played on this mission is Medium on Bloons Tower Defense 5 Mobile and Steam.
- The Pontoon cannot be used in this mission.
