Cooldown Reset is an "attack" behavior characterized by resetting cooldowns of an activated ability. All "attacks" with Cooldown Reset are guaranteed to be of Passive 
type and always have Targets Tower(s) 
and is considered a Tower Buff 
. It was introduced in Bloons TD 6 with the introduction of Striker Jones. It distinguished from Cooldown Reduction 
, because it can completely restart abilities on demand.
Cooldown Reset is represented on Bloons Wiki as 
, the portrait for Level 10 Striker Jones in Bloons TD 6, representing cooldown resets with the Artillery Command ability, it can reset Bomb Shooter and Mortar Monkey any ability to use once more again. Also Geraldo's Rejuv Potion can reset any ability except those from Paragons.
All "attacks" require an upgrade to do Cooldown Reset and only heroes can do Cooldown Reset in BTD6.
