Commerce Discount (also called Stackable Discount) is an "attack" behavior characterized by providing a set, non-extrapolative cash save/gain where the effect can be stacked on top of other of the same "attack". It is part of the attack interactions family. All "attacks" with Discount guaranteed to be of Passive 
type and accompanied with Target Tower(s)

Monkey Commerce is the first and among the only towers to have this subset of Discount. Support Sacrifice Sun Temples and Support Sacrifice True Sun Gods provide buffs that are separate buffs in their entirety, and do not count for this subset.
Rosalia's Level 20 discount to The Anti-Bloon is also considered Commerce Discount, as adding enough Level 20 Rosalias in combination with other discount buffs that can discount The Anti-Bloon can make the upgrade become free.
