Centre Of Camo Countermeasures is a Special Building that appears in Bloons Monkey City and Bloons Monkey City Mobile. It grants knowledge on combating Camo Bloons in some towers.
It unlocks upgrades that allow camo detection. The building takes three hours to build. When built, the player is awarded 250 XP. To build this building, players must have 
5 available, 
1500, and must be at least Level 5.
Neither the Ninja Monkey, nor the Spike Factory or Dartling Gun, are dependent on this tower as they can always pop normal Camo Bloons, even without upgrades.
Trivia
- For some reason, Signal Flare research does not require this building.
- The Monkey Sub's Submerge and Support upgrade requires this building (confirmed in game code), but it is very unlikely one will ever complete Submarine Alliance before building this.
