Cannot Target Leads is an attack behavior characterized by not being able to target Lead Bloons. It is part of the attack interactions family. While there are many towers that cannot pop Leads, only few cannot target Leads. The classic example is the Bloonchipper without Heavy Duty Suction.

Typical examples of Cannot Target Leads are the Bloonchipper without Heavy Duty Suction and the Beekeeper (and Beekeeper Pro) in BTD5. Psi also cannot target Leads with their main attack until they reach Level 6 and later, but can target Leads with their abilities. BTD6 Ice Monkeys still can target Leads but will not affect nor waste pierce on them unless they gain lead-popping from any source.
