Cannot Target Blacks is an attack behavior characterized by not being able to target Black Bloons and Zebra Bloons. It is part of the damage types family. Most attacks that are able to target regular bloons can affect Blacks and Zebras. The sole examples for Cannot Target Blacks are found only in Bloons Pop!, with Striker Jones' rockets, Ballistic Missile, and Pop and Awe(?), as they are homing or independently targeting attacks that do not target Black Bloons or Zebra Bloons.
