Boo Hoo is a rule in Martian Games. When active, Ghost Bloons can spawn. Note that the BAD and DDT cannot become ghost bloons.

Boo Hoo makes some bloons become Ghost Bloons. Thus, it is recommended that characters are brought that can pop Ghost Bloons. Robo-Monkey Visor, Glob's Helmet, or Tuxedo Jake can compensate for lack of ghost-popping on characters if necessary.
