In BTD6, all the rounds are the same in every round except for Alternate Bloon Rounds.
My list, so far, with difficult rounds in bold:
- Round 1 - Starts of Reds
- Round 3 - Starts of Blues
- Round 4 - Grouped Blues
- Round 6 - Starts of Greens
- Round 11 - Starts of Yellows
- Round 15 - Starts of Pinks
- Round 17 - Starts of Regrowth Bloons. 12 Regrowth Yellows
- Round 20 - Starts of Blacks
- Round 22 - Starts of Whites
- Round 24 - Starts of Camo Bloons. 1 Green Camo, along with some other bloons.
- Round 25 - Starts of Purples.
- Round 26 - Starts of Zebras.
- Round 28 - Starts of Leads.
- Round 31 - Blacks, Whites, Zebras, and Regrowth Zebras incoming.
- Round 33 - Second Camo round. Camo Yellows and Reds.
- Round 35 - Starts of Rainbows.
- Round 36 - Third Camo round and first Camo Regen round. Camo Regen Greens
- Round 38 - Starts of Ceramics.
- Round 40 - Single MOAB
- Round 42 - Fifth Camo round. Camo Rainbows along with their Regen counterparts.
- Round 45 - Starts of Fortified Bloons. Fortified Leads
- Round 48 - Last Camo round in Easy difficulty, and second Camo Regrowth round.
- Round 49 - Long rushes of Green/Zebra/Rainbow/Ceramic Bloons.
- Round 50 - 2 MOABs
- Round 51 - First Camo Ceramic round, and eighth Camo round overall. Many spaced Camo Ceramics.
- Round 53 - 3 MOABs
- Round 58 - Lots of MOABs and Ceramics

- Round 62 - Many Camo Regrowth Rainbows and two Fortified MOABs.
