I have been afraid that we have too many links on the wiki that lead to the policies page, as almost every important page ([[Main Page]], welcome message on users' wall, [[Special:WikiActivity#Community]], also user pages of some admins, &hellip;) says something like "''read our [[Bloons Wiki:Policies|policies]] before making any edits''". I'm not sure know how to make it visible even more.

I was suggesting the name of the summary version to be "wiki rules".

Are you talking about the top menu? If so, then I must say that a number of items in the top menu is limited, however it is probably possible to do it.
