The level editor.
Bloons 2 Level Editor was released on Halloween of 2010. It is similar to Bloons World, but it uses the new bloons and environments from Bloons 2. Using it was free of charge. For some reason, it still says "Coming at end of October."
As of the discontinuation of MochiGames, the level editor is no longer accessible officially. However, there are unofficial ways of accessing an offline version of the level editor. Online features do not work, either, as the servers are no longer functional.

- When MochiCoins was still in existence, you had to purchase the editor for 3,000 MochiCoins or by completing all the levels in Bloons 2, whether unlimited darts were used or not.
