A Bloon Inflation and Deployment Factory is a building in Bloons Monkey City. It is required to attack other players in Monkey vs. Monkey. It costs 
1500 to build, takes 10 minutes to build, and gives 750XP upon completion. It consumes 
10. Level 8 is required to unlock (although Level 9 is required for Monkey vs Monkey). At first, the player can only send up to Green Bloons, but they can research more types of bloons in the Bloon Research Lab.
