Bionic Augmentation is an upgrade in the Primary Monkey Knowledge tree, added in Version 30.0. Once activated, it allows the Turbo Charge and Perma Charge abilities to grant the Boomerang Monkey camo detection for the entire duration of the ability. To unlock Bionic Augmentation, the player must have 10 Monkey Knowledge points invested in the Primary tree, the Long Turbo MK unlocked, and a first-time purchase of

500.

Summary[]

Bionic Augmentation is a very useful Monkey Knowledge, since the Boomerang Monkey doesn't normally get camo detection without support from other sources such as a 0-2-0 Village or Level 8 Etienne. Bionic Augmentation is particularly useful against difficult camo rounds when relying on Boomerang Monkey for damage.

Tips[]

Activating Turbo Charge/Permacharge during rounds like 78 can prove to be helpful against the camo Ceramic rush if the player is in the situation where they have no towers that can target camo.
If the player is playing a "find the camo" challenge made before 30.0 with Monkey Knowledge enabled, Bionic Augmentation can cheese it easily.
Bionic Augmentation's camo detection is kept on already thrown boomerangs, which is much more noticeable if given Recurring 'Rangs. To make the most of this, give additional buffs to the Turbo Charge or Perma Charge to make use of the extraneous amounts of boomerangs.
