The sellback percentage of Banana Farms and Monkey Villages is increased from 72% to 77% instead, since Flat Pack Buildings is already unlocked before unlocking Better Sell Deals. It requires eight support knowledge points invested, Backroom Deals, and a one-time purchase of 
500.
