0-1-1 Sub
Barbed Darts is the first upgrade of Path 2 for the Monkey Sub in Bloons TD Battles 2. It increases the pierce of each main dart from 2 to 5. For Airburst Darts, darts still split on impact but each individual airburst dart receives +3 pierce. For Bloontonium Reactor, the pierce of the damaging radiation zone increases from 30 to 35. Submerge Subs get +15 decamo pierce, +30 decamo pierce for Reactor, and +200 decamo pierce for Energizer.
It costs $300.

Summary[]
More pierce for extra penetration of more bloons per shot. When used for early-game, this Sub does better at piercing bloons but not so much for catching bloons or general reliability.
