It costs $2125 on Easy, $2500 on Normal and $2700 on Hard.

Banana Republic becomes a large house with a field containing a path in the middle, banana trees and a flag to the side. Compared to Banana Plantation, it is a huge change.
The icon represents the flag on the side of the house with an added banana.
