Tack Shooters are based on Zone Zone (Creates the attack by spreading out from the point of origin) for almost all attacks, and is guaranteed for its base attack. Most Tack Shooters except Rings of Fire and Inferno Rings utilize a Spray Spray (unspecified quantity and quality) of various types, usually Orbital Spray Orbital Spray (unspecified quantity) but sometimes Rotational Spray Rotational Spray (unspecified quantity and quality). Glue Gunners shoot out sticky glue that cause ordinary bloons to slow down. This form of Slowdown Slowdown (unspecified slowdown variant) derives from chemical-based (Acid damage type Acid Type (pops Black, White, Purple, Lead, Frozen)) projectiles. Initially, a Glue Gunner cannot target MOAB-class (i.e. Target Bloon Target Bloon(s) (unspecified types of bloons targeting, and quantity)), but can target MOAB-class starting with either Corrosive Glue or MOAB Glue (or both). MOAB-class are generally resistant to slowdown with glue, but adding MOAB Glue and above can apply a powerful glue that applies a Slowdown Slowdown (blimps, unspecified slowdown variant) to MOAB-class. Some of its upgrades allow glue projectiles to add a splatter attack once hit a bloon, which is a type of Area of Effect Area of Effect and Burst Burst (unspecified variant).

Glues notably have a glue prioritization system based on corrosion damage.
