Air and Sea is a Relic Knowledge exclusive to Contested Territory in Bloons TD 6. When active, all Monkey Aces, Heli Pilots, Monkey Buccaneers, and Monkey Subs 5% lower on base towers costs and any upgrade cost, also their attack cooldowns lowered by 0.95x (equivalent to +5.2% attack speed). The discount and speed benefits from Air and Sea can stack with various types of Monkey Knowledge if Monkey Knowledge is turned on and available. The attack speed benefits stack multiplicatively, while the discount benefits stack additively, although the 
Military Conscription is prioritized first before any other percentage discounts.

All aspects of the costs are reduced these towers, includng base cost and upgrade costs: Monkey Aces, Heli Pilots, Monkey Buccaneers, and Monkey Subs. It is confirmed to not affect Paragon upgrade costs; this can be safely ignored for practical purposes.
This Relic can stack with other military-related discount Monkey Knowledge and Relics. Percentage discounts multiplicatively stack with each other. Straight discounts prioritize before percentage discounts.

A significant benefit for waterborne and airborne towers. Many tiles contain any of these towers, which is especially handy when they are specialized for the defense. Strategies that rely hugely or entirely on these types of towers may greatly benefit from this MK.
Tips[]
- Bomber Ace spam may greatly benefit off this Relic.
- Note that this Relic can also stack with various discount sources such as Monkey Village's Monkey Business and Monkey Commerce or Monkey Knowledges.
- The discount portion is enough to allow a base Ace to be afforded at the start of all games that begin with the default $650 starting cash.
