Assuming camo detection is added, absolutely. Dissolves them really quickly and slows them down to a real halt.
Not to mention it attacks super fast.

If there's something good about Chipper in BTDB, it would be its improved Supa-Vac upgrade that now sucks in everything in its range up to BFBs instead of just up to Ceramics. That stuff is epic for late-game and for stalling in those grouped blimps in place.
Good luck beating grouped MOAB-class. Your only real effective multiple-blimp stalling would be Artillery Battery. Engineers won't output enough damage to dent ZOMGs.
Or you could try get to the point where your opponent can be beaten before you inevitably become beaten by MOAB-class bloons later on in the game. So maybe go on the offensive too as you do that strategy perhaps? Not sure. The meta has changed the last time I played the game.

I mean, yes, the fact that Camo Regrow Reds and hyperstacked Fortified BADs are entirely different Bloon types, but displaying a joke whose relevance means little towards another instance is not funny, just as with the example about doing the inappropriate gesture trash that I did as a kid.
If I were to say "Why did the chicken cross the road?", the response "weedeater" would make no sense; it would be "funny" as in nonsensical, but it serves no cleverness to it. There is logic to how Camo Regrow Reds would be considered "powerful" in an ironic way. But a "weedeater" makes no connection towards a joke about chickens crossing roads or the strengths of bloons.
There's an extent as to when a joke is still funny though. I mean, it's still relevant to joke at how a Camo Regrow Red is ironically weaker than a Camo Red due to the lack of regrowth, but explaining the joke ruins it.
What wouldn't be funny would be to shake your buttocks when you are told by your supervisor to rollplay driving a car. (This is exactly what I dumbly did as a kid when I was at a musical camp)
Chipper is good versus spaced bloons, but the Super Wide Funnel upgrade no longer sucks in ZOMGs because it was nerfed a long time ago. The Supa-Vac upgrade is good at stalling multiple MOAB-class bloons, excluding ZOMGs, as it had previously been buffed to suck in MOAB-class, although its price is much more than in BTD5 ($10,000 instead of $6000).
Relax mate, this is just a joke. I don't see how this meme would be considered "offensive".
I thought the Banana Farm got nerfed to $1200 and similarly the More Bananas upgrade got nerfed to $400. It would appear as though it is only possible to get a 0/0 Farm after 18 seconds, and 1/0 Farm within 24 seconds. But I would suppose defense would be a better choice, if the other side is going eco. If the other player is also farming, maybe go ahead with More Bananas.
